DJ JOCK @ Disco bar Robert

We invite you to a party run by DJ Jock, in the lovely little village of Pučišća. Dance the night away with us 🙂

DJ JOCK was born in Croatia in 1992, and he entered the world of music almost when he was a toddler. His interest in techno resulted with him playing at the age of 14 at private parties and from then on he was on a speedway of turning his dreams into reality. In 2009 he became a resident DJ in Pineta beach bar, one of the best beach bars in Croatia. Only 17 years old at that time, he played with the most famous DJs from all over the world (such as Tomcraft, Terry Francis, Ladida, Niki Belucci, Gramophonedzie, Funkerman, Marshall Jefferson…) and had a chance to show his skills to a bigger audience.

At the age of 18 he started producing tracks and a few months later made his first EP “Colombian lines” for Debuger records. He continued to work hard on his production and in 2012 he achieved his long waited dream and signed for Cristian Varela’s label Pornographic Records. The first release was supported, played and charted by Mark Knight, Umek, Cristian Varela, Slam, Spartaque, Paul Van Dyk, Alex Di Stefano, Gabriel D`or Borody, Paco Osuna, Nic Fanciully, Richie Hawtin, Ant Brooks, Tomy DeClerque and many others. Track “Chicas“was a big success and it was played on some of the best festivals and clubs in the world (Tomorrowland, Awakenings, Electrobeach Festival, Exit Festival, Space Ibiza…).

His DJing style can be described as a combination of tribal tech-house and techno. In the future DJ Jock hopes to finish his debut album and his biggest wish is too keep on doing new music and working on new releases. Be sure to keep an eye on this guy in the future.

I really want to visit Brač! How do I do that?!

Brač is an island which can be reached by sea and air. Here are some basics.

BY SEA ///

There are two ferry lines connecting Brač with a land.

First is in Supetar, connecting Brač with Split, and the second is on Sumartin, connecting Brač with Makarska. There is a third port that can be reached by regular local boat lines, and that is Bol, on the south part of the island. Here, you can reach Brač from Split, or from a neighbouring island Hvar. More information about ferry lines and timetables you may find here.

Also, if you own or rent boats, you may just sail into any place on island Brač. We suggest Brač Deluxe for transfers!

BY AIR ///

Brač has its own small airport, situated in the middle of the island. More and more flights are introduced each year, and all the necessary information you may find on the airport’s website. If you need transportation from the airport to any other place on the island, may we suggest contacting some of the #bestofbrac service providers, such as Taxi Peša, Brač DeluxeRent a Motorino or M&B rent. Check them out!

Once you’re on the island, rent a car, use taxis or local transportation. For online booking with discount, click here.

All the emergency numbers you might need but we hope you won’t!
