Yoga and SUP Adventure Camp

If you want a SUP-AIR sea experience, keep with us! The creation of SUP, or Stand Up Paddle board, was inspired by facilitating surf learning. This new stand up rowing sport has grown and become more widespread in Hungary as well, since it offers a unique experience for those who want to relax and for those who like rowing. We also welcome adventurers who have not tried the SUP board yet. The camp provides an excellent opportunity to learn the basics of rowing while rocking the soft lap of the sea to enjoy the proximity to nature, the caress of the sun, and the touch of the soft breeze.

SUP Yoga | Unstable soil can not only make the exercise more exciting but also more effective, as balancing increases the activity of the deep muscles, which can improve the nervous system. SUP Yoga is also recommended for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners, as you do not need any prior training, but you are guaranteed to be challenged and thrilled if you are already experienced in asanas. The new area, the new interface can give you a real experience!

SUP Rowing Training | Everyone can paddle – you can think for yourself… but you see how great a simple instruction can be to stay on top!

SUP Tour | By the middle of the week, we will be setting up safe boards so you can enjoy and immerse yourself in the beauty of the countryside and the wonders of nature as you paddle.

Breakfast Yoga on the beach | At the camp, you will have the opportunity to experience the beneficial effects of exercises (asanas) on the physical-spiritual-mental level, as well as to learn various stress management techniques with the abundant yoga tools – such as breathing, meditation, relaxation.

Practicing yoga is recommended for everyone, regardless of age, gender, religion, and even helps us to progress on our path. Yoga is a wonderful tool for a better life, be it for our physical, mental or spiritual development. During the morning exercise, you will encounter spine yoga, flow yoga, bodyART, and Zenergy Yoga classes.

Our camps are located on the island of Brac, one of the largest pearls of the Adriatic Sea with beautiful natural features. The perfect choice for sea and sun lovers as well as for those who want to spend their leisure time actively. In addition to thematic activities at the camps, you can enjoy SUP yoga, swimming in romantic bays, strolling through the palm trees, or hiking and cycling.

I really want to visit Brač! How do I do that?!

Brač is an island which can be reached by sea and air. Here are some basics.

BY SEA ///

There are two ferry lines connecting Brač with a land.

First is in Supetar, connecting Brač with Split, and the second is on Sumartin, connecting Brač with Makarska. There is a third port that can be reached by regular local boat lines, and that is Bol, on the south part of the island. Here, you can reach Brač from Split, or from a neighbouring island Hvar. More information about ferry lines and timetables you may find here.

Also, if you own or rent boats, you may just sail into any place on island Brač. We suggest Brač Deluxe for transfers!

BY AIR ///

Brač has its own small airport, situated in the middle of the island. More and more flights are introduced each year, and all the necessary information you may find on the airport’s website. If you need transportation from the airport to any other place on the island, may we suggest contacting some of the #bestofbrac service providers, such as Taxi Peša, Brač DeluxeRent a Motorino or M&B rent. Check them out!

Once you’re on the island, rent a car, use taxis or local transportation. For online booking with discount, click here.
