#2 Join the local klapa on the beach!
It is a well-known fact that people from Dalmatia are great singers, wherever you go you will stumble into a group of people singing, join them, the more the merrier. There is a group of people on the beach in Pučišća that like to sing every day, in the early afternoon.

#4 Learn about japnenica.
Japnenica (a lime kiln) a traditional construction made for producing lime, used to cover walls and roofs, in a traditional way. This almost forgotten tradition was brought to life past two years by the efforts of the enthusiastic group of people from Brač, who, thanks to some government funding, organized a huge voluntary action to build one more limekiln, after almost 40 years since the last one was built!
#5 Become a stonemason!
Pučišća is known around the world for their white gold – stone taken from the quarry, which has been feeding many families in Pučišća and Brač, for decades if not centuries! Visit the sculpting academy, the only school of this kind in this part of Europe, and see the workshop where true works of art come to life. Maybe they’ll even let you do some of the carvings 😉
