Konoba Toni is located in a picturesque little eco ethno village Dol, near Postira, one of the oldest settlements on Brač, built of stone on barren rock to preserve the scarce fields of fertile soil. It has also preserved its original architecture.
The family restaurant, „konoba“, TONI that has been working since 1968., is well known to all the visitors of the island for its hospitality and excellent cuisine.
The „konoba“ itself is a village house over three hundred years old, with a terrace in the shadow of old vines which ensures a pleasant stay, even during the summer heat. Dining in konoba Toni is like dining in a museum – you’ll see so much of the local history in this restaurant you’ll know more about the island than most tourists ever!
They prepare domestic dishes with carefully picked ingredients, and if you are craving for sweets, taste traditional, homemade cake from Brač called hrapaćuša. It is hard to pronounce but easy to fall in love with. So easy, that it is preserved as a national treasure!
At konoba Toni they use only organically grown produce of local origin and guarantee its quality. In the evening, after a refreshing stroll through a valley scented by kiwi and tangerine orchards, you can choose to dine at the „konoba“ TONI, in a genuine Dalmatian atmosphere.
