Amazing stone villa Sutivan, handmade by Island Brač stone-cutter, situated only 35 meters from beautiful pebble beach, with most interesting swimming pools,jacuzzi and garden full of Mediterranean plants, offers great holiday oasis for larger families with children. Children may spend whole day in the garden, playing in between plants and greenery, at the children’s playground, bath in the swimming pools, or at the nearby beach.

Villa has 7 bedrooms and it is a really great place for family/friends reunions and holidays in Croatia.

Divided in 4 apartments, so each part of the family or friends who spend their holidays together may have own privacy. Each apartment has kitchen, bathroom, and 1 or 2 bedrooms, and balcony with sitting garniture.

GROUND FLOOR

Consisting of 2 apartments. One apartment has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and small balcony with sitting furniture. Other apartment consisting of double bedroom and twin bedroom, kitchen and small balcony with sitting garniture.

One apartment’s kitchen has dishwasher, while both kitchens are equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Outside of the house, stone stairs leads to second floor..

FIRST FLOOR

Two separate apartments are at the second floor.

One apartment has 2 double bedrooms, kitchen equipped with coffee machine, stove, microwave and refrigerator, dining area and bathroom.  This apartment also has balcony with nice sea view.

Other apartment has one double bedroom equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

All apartments have SAT TV, free Wi Fi Internet access and air-condition.

Vacation House Sutivan provides: Natural plot 1100m2, swimming pools + jacuzzi,sun beds, children sand box and children house for playing, outdoor sitting furniture,dinning area and barbecue are just in front where you will probably spend entire day. Private parking space, free WiFi Internet access, SAT TV,dishwasher, washing machine. Pets allowed on request.

The villa is close to the Sutivan town center, parks, art and culture, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love this villa because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. Villa is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
