Also on the ground floor is the laundry room and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen a dining area, lounge and bathroom with 2 large balconies to enjoy the views.
Outside there is a shower and separate WC, a summer kitchen with BBQ, a large garden with a private pool 50m² and parking for 2 cars.
To make your stay on Brac Island as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed. To protect your peace and privacy, Villa Tricia is only available as a complete unit, with garden and pool.
